Can we pay monthly or annually?

Both. Pay monthly with no long-term commitment, or save 10% by paying annually. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your account settings.

What counts as a unit?

A unit is a home, unit, lot, or amenity in your community. Your plan is based on the total number of units in your HOA, not the number of people or accounts.

Do residents pay anything?

No. HOA Hub is paid for by the association, not individual residents. There are no per-user fees. Every resident in your community can use the platform at no extra cost.

What can residents actually do in HOA Hub?

Most HOA software treats residents as bill-payers and nothing else. HOA Hub gives them real tools — pay dues, RSVP to events, submit requests, search documents, and communicate with the board directly. That two-sided experience is the difference between software that gets used and software that sits dormant. We call it HOA Relationship Management.

Are there extra fees for accepting online payments?

When homeowners pay online, two pass-through fees apply in addition to your plan: Stripe's standard processing fees (typical card and ACH rates) and a 1% HOA Hub platform fee on the payment amount. For card payments, that works out to 3.9% + $0.30 total. Your board can absorb these fees or pass them through to paying homeowners as a convenience fee — it's a per-community setting you control. Manual payment entry (checks, cash, bank transfers) is always free.

What if our community grows?

If your community adds units beyond your current plan's limit, you can upgrade to the next tier. Your existing data and setup carry over seamlessly.

Do we need someone technical to set it up?

Not at all. HOA Hub includes a guided setup wizard that walks you through everything step by step. And our team is always here if you need a hand.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your community will continue to have full access through the end of your current billing period — no disruption, no surprises.
