When homeowners pay online, two pass-through fees apply in addition to your plan: Stripe's standard processing fees (typical card and ACH rates) and a 1% HOA Hub platform fee on the payment amount. For card payments, that works out to 3.9% + $0.30 total. Your board can absorb these fees or pass them through to paying homeowners as a convenience fee. It's a per-community setting you control. Manual payment entry (checks, cash, bank transfers) is always free.

It's included on every plan. You get full double-entry accounting: a general ledger with a customizable chart of accounts, financial reports, budgets, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable. Dues collected in HOA Hub post straight to your books automatically, so there's no separate accounting program to buy or keep in sync.
